Shipping & Delivery:

  • Shipping within India is free in most cases and it takes around 5 to 7 business days to deliver your order to your doorstep.
  • We dispatch the order within a day or two of receiving the order.
  • Your order will be packed safely in a box with protection layers. It never gets damaged in transit since it is experimented with.
  • After you place your order Bhagwan Patang Bhandar will take responsibility and will see that your order is shipped by the best courier companies available in the location selected by you.
  • We have a special appeal to our customers if their selected location is rural or at a distance from the main city or town then they should make sure that postal services are timely in those areas or else we advise them to not place their orders in those locations to avoid your discomfort.
  • If the order is redirected back to us because of an incomplete or incorrect address after it has been successfully dispatched then no refunds will be provided in such cases.
  • Delivery Takes 5 to 7 Business Days. Small Towns and Villages will take more time depending on location in India. International shipments may vary depending on the destination.
  • In any circumstance or situation, if arising, Bhagwan Patang Bhandar is not liable for delivery of Flying Threads due to a third-party courier mishap. We dispatch the order safely and with multiple layers of safety packaging, on time.
  • We use Tirupati Courier in most cases to deliver threads and related accessories across India. Bhagwan Patang Bhandar is not responsible for any delay or damage in the transit by third-party courier services.
  • Delay or damage in transit by third-party courier services is not under the control of Bhagwan Patang Bhandar and therefore we are not liable for this.
  • Please provide a complete and correct address while placing an order to avoid delayed delivery or mishap by third-party courier services. Keep tracking your order frequently using your tracking code sent by Bhagwan Patang Bhandar. Kindly provide an alternate contact number to the courier service or Bhagwan Patang Bhandar while/after placing the order.
